Wow, that's a long list, too many to easily determine the cause of the error. Can you turn them all off except for Replicators, and enable them one by one, until it gives that error? Bob's and Angel's mods can be enabled in bulk.

After many combinations, I've come to the set of mods that crash:
1) Bob's Functions Library mod
2) Bobs Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates
3) Dark Matter Replicators(Unofficial 0.17 Port)
4) Darkstar Utilities Low Spec(Unofficial 0.17 Port)

With these 4 it will crash.

I couldn't reproduce your error, my best guess is one of your many mods disabled solid-fuel, causing a replication to break.
I've disabled replications for aai-industry as a temporary fix, can you do the same as i had koldun_89 do, to narrow down the mods causing it?
