This is a fascinating mod, and I have a suggestion. Is it possible to customize the stack size to exceed just one stack? This would make it easier to distribute large quantities of items at once.
Alternatively, maybe a simple solution could be Alt + right click in the inventory to execute a specific quantity.

Unfortunately no, it's not possible to exceed a single stack in your cursor.
However, you could use even distribution (or even distribution lite) for that purpose, which is probably the next best thing.
