Changes the priority of Auog generators and Dingrit generators to have primary priority instead of burner priority. Supports the Auog TURD that buffs generators (glowing mushrooms).

In Vanilla, primary power sources are fully utilized before secondary power sources like turbines are used. In Pyanadons, the Auog generator and Dingrit generator have secondary priority, like turbines, since they burn fuel. This behavior makes it so the generators are utilized the same amount as any other turbines in your factory. However, if you rely on the burnt result output of tired Auogs, having the Auog generators run at full speed is desirable.

This should theoretically work on old versions of PyAL and on Factorio 1.0, but I haven't tested it personally. Let me know if there are any issues.
