Are you using any additional mods? I'm not seeing this error.
EDIT: There is an incompatibility with angel's refining at the moment.
Thank you for the report I have made it so that the map gen preset won't be added if angelsrefining is installed. I'll fix it for real at some point.
I'm back and I fixed it for real. Any mod which changes stuff (and isn't deliberately trying to break it) should work now.
