Crash Site Plates is a very simple mod that turns the wreckage of your crashed spaceship into a small starting stockpile of metal. The plates are added once, just after the crash site appears at the start of a new game, and each wreck gets two extra inventory slots to hold them. Beyond a quick check when a player joins, nothing runs during gameplay. The mod doesn't prevent other mods from modifying the same entities, and it works with existing saves, filling any big or medium wrecks that haven't been mined yet.

Spaceship: 100 iron plates, 20 copper plates
Big wrecks: 20 iron, 4 copper
Medium wrecks: 10 iron, 2 copper
Small wrecks are left untouched.
