I don't know wether to post this on the original mod or this, the updated mod, but it would be really nice to have a third tier of walls for the new refined concrete. Also I noticed there isn't a concrete gate, so even with buffed walls, the gates still only have normal hp. Just a thought.

Adding the tech and recipes is easy. The problem is making the necessary graphics. I'm terrible at graphic design. I'm not even sure where to begin with that. I'll put it on my TODO list anyway, but no promises.

Perhaps just add a gate with a similar recipe and extra health to match concrete, and no fancy textures? Just a plain, renamed gate. It'd be nice to have better protection for my base entrances, and this is the only 0.16 mod I can find that has nice concrete walls.

Yeah just give it a color transform. I see the concrete walls are whiter than regular, so just increase the red, green, and blue channels by a bit.
