This is a small mod that allows you to restore the missing vanilla technologies after removing rampant arsenal and make your save usable again.

Steps :

1. make sure rampant arsenal is already removed
2. activate this mod
3. load your save, make sure all the missing techs are back in
   (They are 4 branches : Physical projectile damage 1 to 7+ ; Energy Weapons Damage 1 to 7+ ; Weapon Shooting Speed 1 to 6; Stronger Explosives 1 to 7+ )
4. Save again
5. Remove or disable this mod
6. Load the save again, make sure the technologies are still there.
7. Done.
