I have been looking for an electric boiler for awhile. The only problem is every mod seems to be a source of infinite power.
If there were somehow a way to turn down the amount of steam generated by a small amount to balance this?

If you create a small loop of just one electric generator hooked to a tank and a steam engine. Power it and you will see it continue to generate more steam than the turbine consumes. Thus making it a source of infinite power...

Let me know if there is anything you can do or if this is just a problem everyone who creates this mod is unable to fix.

Due to the limitation of factorio api, electric energysource not provided effectivity property currently.
That is the same amount of energy just will produce the same amount of steam ~

At present, there is no good way, only wait for the official update XD
