Exports Factorio circuit-network signals as JSON events for Splunk.

Name any Display Panel by typing text into it and wire the signals you care about — the mod appends one NDJSON event per named panel per second to script-output/circuit-logger/, a new file per game session. Ingest with a Splunk file monitor (config included in the source repo).

Each event is a nested tree wire.<color>.<item_type>.<name>[.<quality>] = value, with a per-wire network_id. Item signals nest by quality
