Is it possible to scale train slot display? For example in the below image, if I place a stack inserter under the arrow it won't take from the car - so them being 2x scale doesn't quite work perfectly. This is with LTN, mind.

It is not possible. The train visualization previews are hard coded to 7 tiles apart.
