A pre-fabricated outpost with a configurable arrangement of rocket silos.

Configuration settings for location, number of silos. Changes will relocate/update the silo to reflect new settings.

Not a scenario but the mod is close enough to one. Mod can be disabled easily enough but silos will remain.

Mainly intended for a server I'm prepping. But might be useful for others.
