the particles should move in the same directions as the fogs in certain situations, like fulgora, where the fog could start by moving downwards but the particles sideways.
They should move in the same direction as the fog, unless it's another case of the fog being too fast when the mod is added to previous saves. I have no idea why or how that even happens.
