The mod starts up along with rampant arsenal and you can play it fine. However that mod has a much wider scope which includes a cannon turret and a rapid cannon turret. So unless you want to configure them or you like this mods graphics better, there is little point is playing it together.
My mod does however comes with a turret that shoots like a normal ammo-turret but is using artillery ammo and projectiles. If that tickles you fancy than give it a go.
