Ah, well, that depends a great deal on your choices. Balance is in the eye of the beholder.
If you go with disposable then the material cost is much higher but lacks some of the logistic challenge.
If you use Tin, Titanium and/or Glass, those mods add production chains for the other planets.
You can of course supply them from Nauvis, in-full or in-part. Pretty flexible play, and challenge.
