Muluna: Diluted Bitumen (was added to mod since this shim was created)

those two just break every pipe with CAP enabled
also crushing industries liquid concrete

What category should each of those be added to?

scrappy chem should all be plastic pipes, liquid concrete could be a refractory pipe
