Adds the C5 Galaxy strategic cargo plane to transport large amounts of cargo across long distances. Now with autopilot!

Transportation of the player, be it vehicles or teleporters.
It causes a crash with space exploration when you click the "interstellar map" button ( the c-5 mod is installed but not used at all in the save)
with c-5 disabled SE loads the map, but crashes if i click interstellar map while in insterstellar map, so i will be reporting that too
