I am loving the mod, maybe the best aircraft mod that i ever saw for factorio, congratz!!!

Is there any tutorias or examples of how to set up the autopilot?

There's a description on how to use it in the tooltip of the path tool.
You first select a plane, then optionally some ground taxi marker, then a takeoff marker, then a landing marker, then again optionally some ground taxi markers and finally a parking marker.
While you're holding the path tool some lines will indicate the order of the markers (but not the exact path since the plane generally goes in straight grid-aligned paths on the ground).

I can't find this path tool. I only see the plane and the markings (parking, waypoint, takeoff and landing). Is another mod necessary?

It should be in your toolbar, at the same place where the copy/paste tools and the spidertron remotes are
