b ✅ Unreachable technology (fluid mining)

Mining wolframite requires "fluid mining" technology, which requires blue science packs, which in turn require oil refining (and thereby refineries), but the refineries require tungsten plate to make. Obviously without oil refineries it's not possible to make the science packs to unlock the fluid mining.

IMHO one way to fix might be unlocking the "fluid mining" technology with tungsten processing research.

Was this "fluid mining" tech added in 2.0? I don't remember this problem the last time I played with these mods... In the mean time I used console to get the technology since I don't care about achievements at this point :D

There were some changes in the tech tree so maybe.

I play SE with several BZ Legacy mods. I've run into a problem: I can't mine Wolframite because I don't have the fluid mining tech. I can't get to fluid mining tech because I can't craft Assembling Machine 2 to get concrete. With concrete, I could perhaps get Wolframite via core mining. Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to cheat the technology.

Took me a few seconds to realize "fluid mining" isn't a vanilla thing. Can anyone tell me what mod adds that? Because I can't find it.

Hello. Didn't think it came from another mod, but it does. Seems it's from "Titanium - Legacy". I guess because Titanium mining requires lubricant. Sorry I failed to notice this before - I though it was from 2.0 update.

Having the same issue; fluid mining creates a cycle in tech tree, if the mod is played together with 2.0 update of brevven's carbon (graphite and diamonds)

@antivirak: I am guessing that you are using the original "Graphite & Diamonds" rather than "Graphite & Diamonds - Legacy". In a general sense they've evolved in different directions because these forks were made to support a modpack that requires mods brevven hasn't updated to 2.0 - like this one.

In a specific sense, there's code in this mod that specifically looks for the fork mod (bzcarbon2) and fixes this issue. Having it look for the original (bzcarbon) allows it to load, but I can't guarantee there won't be other issues, and if there are other issues I might not realistically be able to fix them.

The originals and the forks shouldn't be mixed.
