Adds a Bulldozer to the game for rapid destruction of objects. Can be toggled on and off. Can be used as a decent weapon. Made by Cheeta, updated (and published for .13) by ckhawks.

This update fixes the NIL error when loading a save file with the Bulldozer in the game. You should not have to reinstall, re-research and re-create the bulldozer for it to continue working.
