Brush tools [ALPHA]


Adds brush tools which allow you to draw figures and text on surface. And, also, you can generate code of those figures in a file. It might help mod/map developers. The bug is still there after the update.

I can give you the savegame, but I have about 50 different mods on it.

since then I have not been able to load any of my saved files.

Others ask ... I downloaded your mod "more fps / ups" yesterday.

The function with less bite but stronger, does that make sense in the late game?

or does that only have an effect on the new game?

It always affects, at any stage, in any game with any mods and with any biters/enemies/units. In short, it adds more HP to biters, hence it'll be harder to kill them.

Btw, in order to optimize this mod (brush tools), I have to separate on several mods which seems ridiculous for players... (perhaps, I'll do it in a beta version)

That's great.

I had "rampant" and "rampant arsenal" on it before.

But had to remove it again because I only had 40 ups later. Unfortunately, I'm slowly coming back to my performance limit.

Your brush tool is really awesome. I don't necessarily use it as intended,

but it helps me a lot in my game ... keep it up

Um, the issue during battles are "bullets" actually. It triggers a lot of events per tick etc.
So, probably, I'll change speed attack, damage and add more structures to reduce the amount of events etc.

About brush tools, I can add more features to that like "lights", "binding to objects", more complex figures etc + natural animations for tools.

oh that sounds good ... i would like more action so that i can maybe bring other types of weapons into play. At the moment, the opponents are not really a problem. The "Alien Wall" (Mod) is very beautiful, but overwhelming and you can't process excess biomass into other material and it eventually piles up. For other walls you usually have to take a whole mod package. i lack the balance in my game.

(A harder gameplay with less computing power would be great)

With the brush toll, I'm very excited to see what's coming ... I like to test xD

I can't tell you anything more about your brush tool, because I'm satisfied with what it can do. What might be interesting if you could draw something on the map. As an additional marking

So, I've improved stability once again (recolor had the same issue)

Also, I added a new tool + added binding to entities for the tool. You can now add custom lights to any entities (it looks nice on trains, cars etc).
