As long as you have an empty inventory and ammo slots (or an inventory that would normally qualify to fly on a rocket), do the following:

1. Open a rocket silo inventory.
2. Pipette tool anything within the inventory.

Congrats, you have just gotten a stack of that item!

I assume that this is due to the mod turning us into cheat mode to bypass the inventory requirements if we meet the other requirements.

That is accurate, I thought I had tested that exploit but turns out I was testing using the wrong keybind.
