Suggestion: make the rocket control unit research, and all finite researches that depend on it, use logistic science packs. Why?
1. Every research that uses the utility science pack also uses either the military, logistic, or production science pack... except rocket control unit.
a. In vanilla, rocket control unit doesn’t use military or production science packs.
b. The item it unlocks is thematically closest to logistics.
2. This would make logistic science packs required to beat the game instead of being ignorable.

Although in theory, bobs mods looks at the utility science pack as science pack 5 (production and logistics being 4, military actually more of a 2.5), it is balanced as if it were just another science pack 4. So, in theory, utility without production, military or logistics is still tier 4.

I'll think about it though.
