Seems that this mod disabled the rocket silo research
or atleast it's unable to be researched

Of what i can find is that the research rocket shooting speed is missing when runnning with this mod on

in file prototypes/rocket-fuel-updates.lua at line 39:
bobmods.lib.tech.add_prerequisite("rocket-silo", "rocket-fuel")

in case this hasn't been fixed yet, just delete this line
I'm not sure what this rocket-fuel research is, but it is not visible in the tech tree
