With default settings, No. ShinyBob will overwrite Bob's Mods : Alternate Textures. what is possible is to disable "component" replacement in ShinyBob's mod settings, and this will allow you to have this mod's component and the rest of ShinyBob's. the other textures are not disableable in shinybob's, I strongly suggest you to pick one or the other.
