I love this mod! The only thing I noticed that I cannot do with this mod is repair stuff.

I think it falls in the same level of ridiculousness (in a good way) To repair things by shooting repair packs with a shotgun.

I've been thinking about repair for a while, and I was trying to think of more ways than just shooting repair packs at things. Maybe an AOE repair cloud thet you have to hold the spacebar down for. Repair as a concept is definitely something I'm going to do though, I'm glad other people are thinking about it too!

I don't know how difficult it would be to implement this but following the "theme" of the mod of sucking up items and shooting out capsules to build stuff, wouldn't it be a nice addition to have a sort of repair fluid to shoot out of the gun to repair stuff with in a similar style to the flamethrower? That would certainly look more interesting than just shooting repair packs and once that fluid lands how it actually looks on the ground can be customized however you want, maybe even with the repair cloud you mentioned.
