I know stacks is specific to space age, but I like this mechanics and I use it without space age. This mining drill could have a drops_full_belt_stacks = true, this would not change anything to people that already use it without stacking mechanics but would allow people who don't use space age but use stack mechanics to have a drill that can output stack ore.
Off topic: IMO Stack inserter could be a official mod like quality and elevated rail.
