Hello!
I know I'm way ahead of when I need this mod-- I'm not even offworld yet-- but installing this mod appears to disable the crafting of circuits in anything but an electromagnetic plant, which means you will not go to space today if you don't have the EM plants unlocked. Maybe not ever.
