Just a simple update bring Pyrofire's belt counter combinator into 2.0.

Simply hook n number of belts into the red or green input and toggle pulse read on the belts to be counted.
With version 0.1.0 You can now set an output signal inside the counter GUI and it will output your current flow as the constant for the signal.

I have had errors still though so throw the error into discussions so I can clean it up if needed
