Quality now affect belts speed
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Augmented or new ways of transporting materials - belts, inserters, pipes!
As the header says: the belts of all qualities do not react on any tool (conversion/uncorvension). Does nor depend on the state of Toggle belt conversion button (whatever it does)
I found that it stops working right after you load the game
