The mod Belt Balancer 2 (2.0.9) caused a non-recoverable error.

It's only giving that error if you add Bob's Logistics to an existing save. New saves work fine.
That said, if you comment out that section of the mod, then you get to deal with all the crashes everyone else is reporting with underground belts/splitters.
