Usually I'd just build around the occasional crashy belt balancer hoping for a fix one day, but for some reason i now get a belt balancer crash when i'm placing space platform foundations on a platform that never had a balancer. Help?

Happened twice now, occurred both times when I mined a transport belt and immediately placed a belt balancer where that belt used to be

I just got a different error, this time when I reloaded the most recent save and mined a belt balancer being fed stone on one belt with a second belt balancer next to it, that was outputting said stone:
