Thanks for the mod!!! But I have a question: I crafted the first balancer, but then I learned tiers 2 and 3, and in my inventory they're in the same slot, so I can't tell which is faster!!! I tried an experiment and installed the first balancer (tier 1) on the blue lane, but there's no slowdown. So, the idea that entry speed is equal to exit speed means you can install a balancer on more powerful lanes, even modded ones?
