Error in assign id "logistics chest passive provider does not exist. t-t help please!

sounds like you're probably playing an overhaul mod pack that removed the normal logistics chests.
I have not tested this against any overhaul mods yet.

oooh I didn't think about that, but I don't know what mod could have gotten rid of it. I installed a bunch of mods mostly ones I think would conflict the least with each other and free forming my own modded Factorio. I can't begin to think of what mod did it unless its 5Dim's mod

hey- I think it is a bug. I'm not playing with an overhaul mod, as i've disabled every mod I had downloaded and I'm still getting the error.

please share save file then, because i cant reproduce.

I can't get the game to launch anymore with the mod installed, there's no save file I can give you.

to give clarity I think its a syntax error. It keeps giving me the same error message and it displays on another mod as well. So i'm thinking factorio changed the name or something of the passive provider chest.

i need a screenshot or something of the actual error and your full list of mods.

Edit: I think I figured out what happened. Somehow, I ended up adding something that forced the DLC as a requirement intentionally.
Working on the fix now.
