I'd like to use this mod but I'd like there to be research tied to it to balance it a bit for survival. As well as the speed at which it builds at instead of instantly. Like red and green science to unlock it. As well as technology to research larger build radius's for it. Once unlocked you can research higher speeds as well.

Regarding research requirement, I don't think, it's worth to add it. There are alternative mods like nanobots, which do that.
The build speed can be configured in that sense, that you can set actions per sec in the settings.
