I got a bug report on my mod, NPBees Redux, about a crash when researching one of my techs with this mod. I think the issue is that your mod doesn't support layered technology sprites, because my technology icons are dynamically generated with technology.icons instead of technology.icon.

Noticed you mentioned Research Queue on your mod page, are you sure Auto Reseach is affected as well? AR only use ingredient icons, so unless you've added research ingredients in your mod I don't think AR should act up.
I'll see if I can test NPBees Redux and AR together, but I'm a bit pressed on time these days so I'm not sure when I can find an opportunity.
