When putting ash in box with steel, steel stacks to 1
This mod doesn't touch the steel prototype at all, so I'm doubtful ash is the cause.
If you post your full mod list I'll try to reproduce and diagnose.
Thanks for your swift reply, and yes I now think you are right. it's probably the hot metals mod, causing this. I will report there.
