Information Extractor for use with the Archipelago Cross-Game Randomizer.

Only required if you want to randomize modded content. The gameplay mod is created on-demand by Archipelago and different each time, so is not on the mod portal.

Adds the command "/ap-get-info-dump" to create the required exports in script-output.
Those files then belong in <AP>/worlds/factorio/data.
