Might I suggest an alternate option for the Anti-Jam Stack Inserter recipe cost? Presently, it's just a copy of the Stack Inserter recipe. What about a recipe which requires a Stack Inserter, instead, as well as some higher-order resources? I know this is technically a side-grade so your current implementation is perfectly fine, but I figure it might be nice to optionally present it as "the next step" in Inserter progress.

It takes a stack inserter, a selector combinator, and a processing unit. I felt that skipping the external combinators you usually need to unlock this sort of functionality is well represented by including combinators in the cost :)
