Update - it is working, but I don't quite understand it yet. I have pipes with 0.9 steam at 500C and they're freezing over. When there's enough steam, they seem to be fine. Is there a lower limit? Does it need 1 steam minimum?

But the pipe below isn't. So it works sometimes.
