attempting to deploy the CAB with no energy transfer unit caused me to be unable to move the CAB, the deploy to be "refunded", and an error pop up. Attempting to undeploy the cab causes a "CAB is not deployed" message to be displayed. After crafting an inserting an energy transfer unit I was able to fully deploy the CAB and then undeploy it.
