Adds Angel’s and Bob’s support to Even Distribution’s Shift+C inventory cleanup, allowing Angel's and Bob's intermediates, belts, machines, buildings, ammo, fuel, science, and other supported items to be moved into nearby valid machines, chests, labs, turrets, vehicles, and roboports.
Also adds support for angelbob spaceage rebalance items.
