Started new game with this mod. It works, kind of. Stops the day cycle, but not at noon, but at early morning (evening), it's a bit dark, lamps around the base still works, solar panels working at ~75%. Was this intended or this is a bug?
Removing the mod does not remove its day cycle stopping effect. It is forever dawn/dusk in my game.
P.S. Removing the mod, saving game, and than adding it back actually made it work as intended - bright, sunny day =) still, hope it would work right from the start.
