Almost Pause Unless Multiple Players


The game is almost paused (speed 1%) unless there are multiple players connected.

The game is almost paused (speed 1%) unless there are multiple players connected.

The reason is that tick-based pauses still allow the time to keep moving forward, and a real pause I couldn't figure out how to automatically unpause when someone joins.

With this the time appears to almost stop, while automatically continuing when a second person joins.

Downside is the UI is also slow!
