Currently this mod just extends the built-in command interface for alerts.

I can add compatibility for other mod's custom alerts as requested.
Adds easy to use settings for alert visibility. Helps if you can't remember the command to change them.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
