Hi, what do i do to automate removal of the "x" items blocking output once conditions for the tower deem it to harvest again?

As an update, it seems to occasionally properly remove the "x" output during plant-only, but not every time. Sometimes, the conditions are met to harvest (machine will do so upon manually removing x output, and "x" will not be regenerated), but the tower does not automatically clear the "x" output.

The X's should be removed automatically when the condition changes to true. This not happening for you sounds concerning.

However, I am not able to reproduce the issue, the X's are always removed on my test save. Can you provide your Factorio version, list of mods with their versions, and steps to reproduce? (or better, a test save)

Hello, I appreciate your response! attatched is a google drive link with the save file zip and mods folder. I am playing vanilla with only your mod plus rate calculator.

In the save file, the towers should be harvesting/not harvesting when the signal P is either 0 or 1. When you change the parameters (enable on 1 or 0), the filter does not clear/change.

I have been able to work around the issue with inserters that remove the "x" output but i still have to place them in chests and delete them manually eventually.

Also, my version is 2.0.72, build 84292.

I've identify the cause. This was a totally careless mistake of mine. Now it should be fixed in v0.1.3.
