I just posted this in another thread here but then I realised the subject was still about 0.16. To make clear this is fixed for 0.17 now I post this.

The updated version works for 0.17.68, of course it's not sure if it will break again in the future but let's hope not.

If it doesn't work, check the keyboard controls for the hotkey of this mod. It's N by default. If it still doesn't work check if you still need to research Advanced Logistic Systems in the tech tree.
