Any chance you could do the Krastorio 2 Flare Stack? No one is bringing it to 2.0.
There are a few flare stack mods that aren't specifically the K2 one, won't they do what you want - https://mods.factorio.com/search?query=flare%20stack&factorio_version=2.0? Otherwise I've heard the recycler can be used? I've not unlocked it yet in my playthrough.
There are, yes. but they have a pretty jank sprite. Love the K2 one.
