An advanced centrifuge, to fill in the gap of advanced buildings for Krastorio 2

If possible, i'd like an option to customize the productivity %. I'm playing SE with the SA integration mods, which add SA machines with only 20% bonus prod and i'd like to have the centrifuge follow that pattern
Probably best to keep it at 0% by default
