This mod does not work. AND THEN, when you UNINSTALL the BROKEN mod, it SOMEHOW manages to make your movement speed like 1/10th of what it should be, and you're stuck in a broken save crawling around at an infuriating snail's pace. Thanks a lot, jerkwad.

And to be clear reinstalling the mod (WHICH DOES NOT WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE) does not fix your broken movement speed

Found a fix. If you too had your save broken by this, simply run the command

/c game.player.character_running_speed_modifier = 0

and your Curse of Slowness will be removed.
