Adds mod settings to adjust the various values for train speed, letting you change how fast trains can stop and start, their max speed and acceleration.

This can let you tweak your train preferences, or can be useful for testing certain behaviours. Extreme changes may have unintended side effects such as trains moving so quickly that they bypass proper holding tracks when waiting for stations, or run through player controlled trains and immediately destroy them. Always backup your saves before testing.

As of 0.3.1, this mod applies the changes you make to the three types of wagons, and locomotives, separately, ensuring the ratios between them are preserved rather than setting them all to the same value. This means that the base game mechanics such as a train being faster if a locomotive is at the front rather than a Cargo Wagon are still preserved no matter how you change the values.
